My experience at the dealership was surprisingly smooth and stress-free. Respectful of my budget and time..
Service team had my car for 20 day's plus and never completed any work for my car. John did not keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. I called multiple times, sometimes someone would answer the phone and other times no answer at all. Times I spoke with someone, asked to speak with John but he never answered or returned my calls. His customer service was horrendous! I decided to decline all requests of service and take my car back. I will not be returning to Stivers Union City location!

The Service Representative, Steve, approached me shortly after my arrival at 8:05 am, inquired of my vehicle needs, took possession of the vehicle, and I was directed to the waiting area. After 1-hour and 20-minutes my vehicle was completely ready. I paid my bill and left the facility. A quick and efficient service job after a late arrival.

Sam, my service advisor (manager) went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. I needed major repairs on my car and he did his best to keep the cost down and get the car back to me as soon as possible. I have never dealt with a service advisor that was as efficient, caring, and communicative as Sam was. I would recommend dealing with Stivers Ford due to their great service department as well as their on site service that allowed me to be at home when they serviced my car. Sam deserves a raise !😊

I went into the service shop due to getting a check engine light checked out. Unfortunately it was for one of the items not covered by my extended warranty. The tech (James) was very patient with me when I expressed my shock at this news. He was correct, I was wrong but the shop did a great job and got my truck back to me In a very quick time.

Have the recall on 2105 F150 transmission. Called to set up appointment, and it was super easy. They have a mobile tech that comes to you. Got appointment in 2 days and tech arrived on time.

I called in to have a recall procedure on a f-150. Booked an appointment for the next day, thé service manager was courteous and accommodating. My truck was taken in and completed promptly.

The general manager and one of his managers assisted me after the service area was closed. I was tired hot with all expectations of getting my car. I was late. They took the extra time and steps to get me into my vehicle . They are heroes of customer service.
