Everything went great from the start to finance and even the followup to make sure the car was running well and I hadn't had any issues, which I hadn't! This started when I purchased a newish 2025 Ford F150 From Stivers Ford South in Union City, GA on 2/23/2026. The ads for the truck stated that the truck had 7 miles on it, but when I got there I found out it had 3,499 miles on it. I had communicated with them verbally and via text and email prior to making the 2.5 hour drive down. I purchased a Truck from Ford Stivers back in March. Stivers Ford agreed to install new tires as part of the purchase agreement. The following day, the tire sensor light came on and I immediately brought the truck to Stivers Ford. Service is horrible. Brand new truck taken in for scheduled maintenance. Technician used tools for replacing a cabin air filter and damaged my dashboard. Vehicle was returned with AC fixed as requested. So far working fine. However, I had requested that the passenger side A-Pillar Trim be re-installed and I had provided both the bottom and top trim replacement pieces for this to be done, and vehicle was returned without that being fixed. Is disappointing that now I will have to re-schedule and have additional cost for Uber or car rental while it is being fixed. I wasn’t happy about them having to keep my 2014 Ford Fusion over night but for the amount of repairs I guess it was okay. A driver drove me home. Service department people are really cool. Shout out to them!

My previous experiences with Autonation Ford Union City have been bad and I will say that this experience was normal. I went in for a scheduled oil change, they told me about 2hrs, and I was ready in an hour and 45 min. With what I have experienced, not having any issues was a bonus!

Worst ever!!! #1 don’t take cars until you actually have someone that can look at it and give an estimate. I don’t approve of my car being held hostage. #2 after my car sat for five days they read the code for the check engine light and charged me $200 to do this (guess what it’s free at AutoZone) #3 then I was given an estimate to have my catalytic converter fixed which is three times the estimate of anywhere else (I was told it was because the part was new but that doesn’t really hold water) Almost $3200 at Ford, ... My previous review was not the end of my story. I was contacted by the general manager at Auto Nation In Union City Ford. He took the time on his day off to walk through the numbers with me. When I viewed the final numbers on the Ford online, I only looked at the bottom line number. I've been with Auto Nation since before around 1998, before the name changed to AutoNation. I'm disappointed in the quality of service and how it has declined over the years. In my last 2 visits, I needed something checked, but was told it would be 3-5 days and I'd have to leave it. A loaner is no longer offered as it used to be.
